• Job seekers with mining employers across Zimbabwe
• Buyers and sellers of mining claims
• Mining companies with service providers and contractors
• WhatsApp-based job alert subscriptions

We act as an intermediary platform. We do not employ job seekers, hire on behalf of employers, guarantee job placements, or verify the accuracy of all user-submitted information.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not be prohibited from using our services under Zimbabwe law

3. User Accounts

Account Registration:

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Services Offered:

• WhatsApp Job Alerts: $2 per month
• Mining Services Advertising: $2 per month
• Mining Claims Listings: $5 per month
• Job Postings: Pricing as displayed on the platform

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed through PayNow Zimbabwe
• Payments must be made in advance before services are activated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for ensuring payment details are up to date

Refund Policy:

• WhatsApp Job Alerts: No refunds once the service is activated. You may cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Listings (Claims/Services): Refunds may be considered within 48 hours if the listing has not been published
• Job Postings: Refunds available only if the job was not published due to technical errors on our part

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, CVs, or claims
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Spam users with unsolicited messages
• Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or any protected characteristic

6. Job Listings & Applications

For Employers:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of job postings
• You must comply with Zimbabwe labor laws
• You agree not to post discriminatory job listings
• We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate our policies

For Job Seekers:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and profile information
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities
• You apply to jobs at your own discretion and risk
• We are not responsible for employer actions or decisions

7. Mining Claims & Service Listings

For Sellers/Advertisers:

• You confirm you have the legal right to sell or advertise the claim/service
• You are responsible for providing accurate information
• We do not verify ownership or legality of mining claims
• All transactions are conducted directly between parties

For Buyers:

• Conduct your own due diligence before purchasing
• We are not party to transactions and assume no liability
• Verify ownership and legal compliance before completing transactions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MinesJobs.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MinesJobs.com or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding
• Create derivative works based on our platform

User Content:

• You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, job postings, listings)
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform
• You confirm you have the right to share the content you upload

9. WhatsApp Communications

By subscribing to WhatsApp Job Alerts or other WhatsApp services:

• You consent to receive messages via WhatsApp
• You can opt-out anytime by messaging “STOP” to +263 78 744 8686
• We use WhatsApp Business API in compliance with WhatsApp’s terms
• Standard messaging rates from your mobile provider may apply

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-submitted information
• Job placement or successful transactions
• That the platform will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party actions (employers, buyers, sellers, service providers)
• We are not liable for loss of data, income, or business opportunities

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MinesJobs.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or share

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Dispute Resolution:

• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe
• You may also pursue remedies in the courts of Zimbabwe

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
